We are in love with the landscape that surrounds us and do everything in our power to preserve and enhance it. We have adopted sustainable agricultural practices, avoiding excessive use of chemicals. This way, we protect the biodiversity of our land and respect the natural balance of the surrounding ecosystem.

At the core of our actions beats the love for the land and the passion for respecting what it provides us.

Our dedication to sustainability is also reflected in the choice of raw materials we use. A significant portion of the ingredients that make up the products we offer for breakfast or the exquisite dishes in our restaurant come directly from our own farm. We cultivate fresh and flavorful vegetables and carefully harvest the fruits of our plants with care and respect for nature. This choice enables us to reduce the environmental impact associated with transportation and provide authentic, locally sourced products that make our culinary offerings unique.
