Late Check Out: with a small supplement of 20.00 euros per room for each additional hour, you will have the room and parking at your disposal on the day of departure, until 1.00 pm (subject to availability - to be agreed at reception).

Bookings
Bookings are considered effective only after confirmation from Maria Vittoria Agritourism by email.
For special bookings (suites, stays longer than 6 nights, stays during high season), a deposit of 30% may be required.
Binding reservation: the reservation becomes binding once it is confirmed by the facility.
In the case of NON-REFUNDABLE rate bookings, the authorized staff will charge the credit card provided at the time of booking directly.
For bookings of more than 6 rooms, we ask our kind guests to contact us directly at the facility on +39 0452051354.
To guarantee the reservation and protect the property against any damage or theft, a security deposit of € 100.00 per night, up to a maximum of € 500.00 per stay, is required at check-in.

Prices
With the price list on this site, every previous price list loses its validity.
The tourist tax provided in the Municipality of Sommacampagna is € 0.50 per day for each guest.
Each guest registered in the facility, in case he/she is the third or fourth guest of each room, is entitled to his/her own bed: for infants (children up to 36 months) there is the addition of a crib at a cost of € 15.00 per night, in case the crib is not required, there is a charge of € 10.00 for the utilities of each infant, over 36 months and for adults there is the addition of the third and/or fourth bed at a cost of € 30.00 per bed per night.

On holiday with your four-legged friend
Your four-legged friends are welcome at Maria Vittoria. As a matter of hygiene and respect for all guests, your dogs cannot be let loose around the grounds, but a dedicated area is available where you can enjoy your outdoor moments together with them.
We would like to remind you that it is not possible to leave animals alone inside the rooms, please bring them with you at all times. 
For your dog we charge € 10.00 per dog in the room, per night (without food). Only one dog over 12 kg is allowed inside each room.

Payment methods
We accept payment by ATM, Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit cards and prepayment. 
Payment/Down Payment: The bill for your stay must be paid upon departure, with the exception of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, for which the full amount is charged immediately upon confirmation.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations communicated up to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged. After that deadline, for cancellations not received and in case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the cost of the stay.
In the case of NON-REFUNDABLE rate bookings, the authorized staff will charge the credit card provided at the time of booking directly.

In order to make your stay at our Farmhouse pleasant, please read carefully the Rules and Regulations and the established rules of conduct. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you are considered to have tacitly accepted the aforementioned Regulations.
