Late Check Out: with a small supplement of 20.00 euros per room for each additional hour, you will have the room and parking at your disposal on the day of departure, until 3.00 pm (subject to availability - to be agreed at reception).

Bookings
Bookings are considered effective only after confirmation from Maria Vittoria Agritourism by email or SMS.
For special bookings (suites, stays longer than 3 days, stays during high season), a deposit of 30% may be required.
Binding reservation: the reservation becomes binding once it is confirmed by the facility.
In order to guarantee your reservation, 48 hours before your arrival date, we reserve the right to make a purchase on your credit card equal to the amount of the first night.

Prices
With the price list on this site, every previous price list loses its validity.
The tourist tax provided in the Municipality of Sommacampagna is € 0.50 per day for each guest.
Each guest registered in the facility, in case he/she is the third or fourth guest of each room, is entitled to his/her own bed: for infants (children up to 36 months) there is the addition of a crib at a cost of € 15.00 per night, in case the crib is not required, there is a charge of € 10.00 for the utilities of each infant, over 36 months and for adults there is the addition of the third and/or fourth bed at a cost of € 30.00 per bed per night.
If any behaviors are found to be damaging to the facility and not respecting our rules, we reserve the right to charge € 50.00 as extra due to room cleaning costs (any traces of smoke in the room, dirty or damaged linens, damaged furniture, missing items).
On holiday with your four-legged friend
Your four-legged friends are welcome at Maria Vittoria. As a matter of hygiene and respect for all guests, your dogs cannot be let loose around the grounds, but a dedicated area is available where you can enjoy your outdoor moments together with them.
We would like to remind you that it is not possible to leave animals alone inside the rooms, please bring them with you at all times.
For your dog up to 12 kg we charge € 15.00 per dog in the room, per stay (without food), while for dogs over 12 kg we charge € 30.00 per dog per stay (without food). Only one dog over 12 kg is allowed inside each room.
Payment methods
We accept payment by ATM, Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit cards and prepayment.
Payment/Down Payment: The bill for your stay must be paid upon departure.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations communicated up to 48 hours before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged. After that deadline, for cancellations not received and in case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the cost of the stay.
In order to make your stay at our Farmhouse pleasant, please read carefully the Rules and Regulations and the established rules of conduct. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you are considered to have tacitly accepted the aforementioned Regulations.
