3) Processing method: personal data are processed by the data controller and by duly appointed data processors, using electronic tools and paper archives, to properly fulfill the purposes described in point 2). Security measures are in place to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access.
4) Disclosure: the data may be communicated to internal and external parties duly appointed and acting on behalf of the data controller.
There is no planned transfer of data to non-EU countries and no dissemination (e.g., social networks, websites, etc.). The data controller does not rely solely on automated processes to achieve the purposes outlined in this notice and does not perform profiling.

Requests can be sent via email, fax, or registered mail with the subject “Request from the data subject,” specifying in the request the right they wish to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, right to be forgotten), along with a valid email or certified email (PEC) address to which the response should be sent.
The data controller, or a person appointed by the controller, will fulfill the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the request is complex, the response time may be extended by an additional 30 days, with prior notice to the data subject.
